DZF型 真空干燥箱(Model DZF Vacuum Drying Oven)
一、適用范圍：
　　適用于工礦企業(yè)、醫(yī)學(xué)院校、科研單位在真空條件下對(duì)物品進(jìn)行干燥熱處理等。
二、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：
1、長(zhǎng)方體工作室采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板或不銹鋼板。鋼化、防彈雙層玻璃門(mén)觀察工作室內(nèi)物體一目了然。
2、箱門(mén)閉合松緊能調(diào)節(jié)，整體成型的硅橡膠門(mén)封圈，確保箱內(nèi)高真空度。 
3、微電腦智能控溫儀，具有設(shè)定，測(cè)定溫度雙數(shù)字顯示和PID自整定功能，控溫精確，可靠。
4、加熱功率比例可任意調(diào)節(jié)，確保低端控溫?zé)o溫度之弊。
一、Suitable Scope 
　　It is applicable to such tests as drying heat treatment.ect.of artides under vacuum conditions in industrial and mining enterprises as well as in nedical colleges and scientific research institues.
二、Characteristies of product
1、 The working chamber is ，made of high quality sheet or corrosion-resistant stainless steel.Toughened hulletproof double glass door,to observe clearly the object in the working chamber. 
2、 The air-tightness of the chamber door is adjustable,with a wholly shaped silicon rubber door sealing loop;so as to guarantee in-chamber high vacuum.
3、 Intelligent temperature controller is based microprocessor with PID parameters controlling function.Digital display of set and actual temperatures.High temperature controlling accuracy and reliability.
4、Be sure to the temperature is not excess.and the heat up power can be adjusted. 
■采用平板式加熱器，均勻分布在工作室外壁。
※Adopting the platetype heater to evenly distribute to heat over the outer wall of the chamber.  
■加熱器直接裝入工作室底部升溫快。
※The heater is installed directly at the bottom of the working chamber for quick temperature use.
